Recent thoughts

I have been working on how to work with my protective spaces and have discovered that by raising my frequencies and vibrations, I am able to make my spaces lighter and free-er of energies that do not support or help me. I connect to divine source and request my energies be raised to a hight frequency and vibration. This prevents unwanted or unneeded energies to enter my living and working spaces. I work inside my home and travel a great deal for work so it is necessary for me to work at keeping “my” spaces clear.
